Well Bob: Facts are a dime a dozen when it comes to this company. What are facts today more than likely will be yesterdays crapola. The only reason why any private company would want to merge with Euto would be because Euto is public and that would save Ivy time and money not having to go through the processes. However, if IVY is viable why would they associate themselves with Brad and Floyd. These guys have no integrity. André
