Victor. Re: "The wording of the reports were almost exactly the same." This is true and typical of Neff when the reports come close together. But they were in fact issued two weeks apart. Re: "The indirect channel has a vested interest which might colour its argument." Well said. And I think this is adding to the confusion. The indirect channel is fighting a rear guard action against e-commerce. CPQ has offered an alternative with their SMB effort. We'll see who takes the lifeline. The key point to me is EP's that they will gear distribution to the customers' wishes. Those that want to receive product direct will get it. That's the appropriate strategy for the long run. But it may create some temporary dislocations. That's what I'm concerned about. HL
