The deal was pegged to value fro shares at 62 dollars. As long as Global stays within a range, fro shareholders will get 62 dollars worth of the new company.

I would hardly say gblx's shares have been languishing. There has been a minor pullback, but that is expected when a company is pulling off a major acquisition such as this and besides their chart is vertical. From what I hear, the heads think this deal is a win win with very little overlap.
