Brush Creek Announces Revised Stock Split GRASS VALLEY, Calif.-March 18, 1999--Brush Creek Mining and Development Company, Inc. (OTC/BB:BCMD), has announced a 12:1 reverse split of its common shares, effective March 27, 1999. The Company had originally announced a 10:1 split of its common shares. The revised action has come about as a result of negotiations with investors and shareholders and was deemed to be in the best interest of the Company to enhance its ability to move forward.
