Susan, They should of had you as the day trader, you have had some nice picks, EPAY, DCLK, ETC.... (BTW how much does ETC trade for , I can't seem to get a quote).
RE: Day trading and coffee. A friend asked me why I didn't have a coffee pot in my mountain home office. Answer: Walking to the other end of the house for coffee provides a work out. Punching bags my a$$, I agree with Susan, I'll take a nap after a day of trading or following internets. 909ers, BLUE

Hi Susan, "the cappers" are another opinion to the same facts.
I guess it's time for A Codebreaker about Techride...
Free-Form "Conceptual Art" Writing about Stockstuff is Doubleplusgood!
Here's a cipher or two, starting with "Quacking The Duck"...
(an old one from the '40's think of Groucho Marx on a bench, suddenly laying down the Paper he's been reading and saying "Gotta See A Man About A Duck" before striding off long-legged with eyebrows up)...
What I been/will be doing is Both Selling and Buying Our Fave - a.k.a. "Squeezing The Duck For Quacks" as Duckie does like to Quack on roller coaster rides & stay fat with the same # of shares when the ride stops. "A Man About A Duck" is The Broker who takes the order!
The Duck is the volatile stock ready to be squeezed for extra $$$.
When The Duck Quacks I reward myself for working, too...
I want some new warm-weather outfits with shoes, a new "Do", and a lil getaway on Spring Break is all with a trip or two to the spa to tone up first. So selling "G" extras and hovering over pennies starting to waver after a rise, just to gather powder & pay the piper, so it's not like I'm SELLING Our Fave, you know...just lining it up so no matter what happens I'm OK some cash out, some shares in - a.k.a. "Quacking The Duck".
KA-BOOM is hit the target, bought it or sold it, and hooray.
"Shake Shake Shake From The Money Tree" means when MM's or shorts or Fund Mgrs. or Mr. Bigs or Market Whoevers want the shares...so not to sell them is the thing, because they'll go down more before going back up which they will even faster because of the Shakeout. Yes, this is a Shakeout, but like Buying At A High (Before a 909) I think selling a little "G" right now might be a good thing, like keeping Santa Claus happy with a platter of cookies, ya know?
Sometimes fueling the fire isn't a bad thing if one has other shares.
Blue puts up with me getting into some indecipherable writing at times, and sometimes he writes in a code, too, but more understandable.
Sometimes it's the only real way to describe the mood of what's perceived as going on in the market, right Blue?! I attempt to explain
Testing, Testing...
(correct me if I'm wrong)...BILLY JACK "He's A Bird Dog" in motown song "Jimmy Mack". When Blue sees these guys come around the market, he sounds the alert....it means the market can move in any direction and quickly, and that Golden Boy Jimmy Mack better hurry back before Billy Jack wears resistance down; and One or Both has a Hairy Back which is not an asset, to Blue's way of thinking.Susan, it's sort of like watching the market on The Ides Of March to see who is the villain and who is the victim....except there are even more angles to it when Billy Jack comes around, and it's best to be cautious or else holding all shares watching them go up and down til they pop again, which isn't so bad either.
On Techride, we enjoy
to make an adventure out of stocks and life with riddles, songs, jokes, codes, and true life stories; just dry stockstuff is a bore.
Not everyone likes style "Making Money And Having Fun" on Techride, but Blue found this tread locale because preference possible here, unlike some other forums. Anytime you don't understand whatever, just ask, and it will be explained in Plain English If Possible. Sometimes with me, the only way I can explain stuff is by writing this way!
Codes, jokes, stories, etc. are for "Make Money and Have Fun", bond with friendship, and also function well as a repellent to internet vermin invaders and undesirables.com. with no sense of life or humor.
Blue, (correct me if I'm wrong) haven't we had way more than our fair share of THAT...but never on Silicon Investor go2net Techride!!!!
Well, there, I tried to explain what's not really explainable, these codes that express gut feelings and predictions that are ambiguous as it should be because That's The Way The Market Is. It's, like, zen.
909,
Joanie
