Dear Taskpro,

I agree with you on your points made.

>his response was "I appreciate your interest" and "we need all our
stockholders".<

You mean, he actually wanted to change the subject? ;-)

Classic: classic avoidance....classic way of saying "I am not going to talk about this," or "go away, leave me alone."

You and I both know that the one thing anyone really doesn't want to talk about, above all else, is....a problem. It gets really interesting when we ask..."Why not?"

I wonder, did he also say "The stock is a steal at this price"... ?

Best,
Charliss

Just a little trip down memory lane. I thought you'd all like this:

It will open an applet on your desktop. Click the buttons so that you can scroll through some very important posts related to HDIE. Click the about box for a brief description of the presentation.

Each slide in the presentation has notes attached. I hope you enjoy. I know I had fun assembling it.

The executives at this company do not care about the share price. Management is concerned with generating business. Very commendable but only half right. The point they are missing is that having a public company means you must face the public and always put your best face on. You can't just turn the other cheek when your FELLOW OWNERS come to you and say why has our company's value fallen 60% in a couple weeks.

Not to mention YOU GUYS with the financial books in your hands and the "inside knowledge" of the company sold hundreds of thousands of shares before the precipitous drop.....smells bad Mr. Murrie....sorry....but that's the truth.

Management says we aren't concerned with short term fluctuations of our stock's price....well guys hello? The stock's back to 4 and no longer attractive to institutional investors as long as its under $5 ....to some its not attractive under $7....You guys think financials alone sell shares? Bull--its mass marketing, road shows, hand holding, schmoozing, playing friend to all shareholders and prospective shareholders....

Enjoy your company your jobs are safe. But forget about a secondary offering at these prices. Do you need money to finance expected growth?

Oh, maybe you wanna issue a convertible private placement with advantageous terms to two or three private investors who can further dilute the common shares after they buy shares below market and convert them into common.

It feels like that's what's coming next folks.....get ready to bend over to pick up the soap...but watch out behind you....Is that you back there Mr. Murrie?

Mr. Murrie you have 20+ million shares O/S. Institutional owners are needed badly. -- How bout a little marketing savy to sell those shares....If you need ideas's e-mail me. I'll give you a clue.

Right now the only people making more money than HDIE are Knight Securities, Lehman Bros., the day trading short sellers and whoever else jumps on the short side of this titanic. How many shares is Morgan Keegan, American Frontier and Breen supposed to buy? Jeez even Mayer Shweitzer's making money shorting your stock.

Just sit back Mr Murrie and the rest of you guy's ---Remember the boat's unsinkable right?

Oh by the way I had a really lousy day in case you were wondering.
HDIE down for the 7th time in 8 days....

good luck,

bob
