The Apple deal is discussed in the latest SPAZ SEC filing, so
it better be real. SPAZ is still bleeding cash in a big way,
and the filing sez essentially that the future holds a lot of
promise but they need CASH to survive much longer.

Buyout? Certainly their technology holdings are worth the
$2 Mil of market value that this company currently has...
