LU to supply wireless equipment to AT&T

Need more details, but the following press release may be more positive than at first glance.
dailynews.yahoo.com

AT&T Wireless is ERICY's bread and butter in the U.S. This article doesn't present all of the details, but at first glance, this could be a major loss by ERICY to LU. If details have already leaked out, it may explain what has been driving ERICY shareprice down.

I read the following in one of the press releases.

Executone's eLottery subsidiary has previously announced that it has filed a revised Form S-1 registration statement with the Securities and
Exchange Commission for its proposed spin-off from Executone. Each holder of Executone common stock, as of a yet to be determined
record date, will receive one share of the common stock of eLottery for every five shares of Executone common stock owned. Therefore,
as of the record date, Executone common shareholders will own both their original shares of Executone as well as the newly issued eLottery
common stock. The holders of Executone Series A and Series B preferred stock will receive 15% of eLottery's common equity and shares
of a newly issued eLottery Preferred Stock. The spin-off from Executone is expected to be completed before the end of the first quarter of
1999.

Do you know how much each share of eLottery is worth yet?

TIA.

P.S. Nice to see some buying interests near the close.
