Jacksoo IDTC is going to have an IPO spin off of their internet division. So far they have not released any of the details regarding it per their lawyers advice regarding SEC regulations. Once some or all of the details are announced the stock should appreciate because the news will alleviate the uncertainty. Just about every stock that has spun off an internet IPO has gone up in value significantly after announcing the details. Investors hate uncertainty, however, and until we get some facts I expect the stock to languish. HTH Bill Zeman (16 13/16)
