Being communications technology challenged, I do not know all the details and real possibilities of the specific technologies involved, in terms of Lucent being specifically interested in a company such as the former FTEL. Now FCM and upgraded to the AMEX exchange as of today. So the question here other than the obvious plug for "FCM" (which I own), Is the technology that FCM has developed, etc. something that Lucent would: 1. Be interested to the point of acquiring this company. or... 2. One that Lucent could see as a competitor, therefore move to squash, (if not interested in acquiring). or... 3. Irrelevant. TIA.
