"The company stated no shares were used in the purchase of Myriad" That is a true statement, however Arif later admitted that shares were in fact issued to purchase Myriad. Regards, Lonnie

1: 12,500,000 shares held by Arif are being reviewed by the company's outside auditors to verify that they were paid for. This "review" has been going on now for, what...2 months now? Let me in there to do the $%#&@! review!!! I would simply say "Arif, you have exactly 24 hours to furnish proof that you paid for these shares...otherwise you just don't own them anymore.....period!!!" Finding out if he, indeed, paid for those shares cannot be rocket science. So sick of FAMH's sht I could just puke! It was probably easier for the British to figure out how to break the code on the German's enigma machine in World War II than it is for anyone* to decipher just what the hell happened at FAMH!!! Dave
