<<2. We are not profitable because of IP telephone, ...

Think this is positive news, because the Chinese government wants to crack down on IP phone companies, since they are siphoning off revenues from the state owned telephone company.

I would view the whole E-mail as a positive sign that this is a company that's on the up&up, doesn't want to mislead or distort the facts.

Thanks for the update Francois. Here is a key passage in your post:

<<3. Home Page Portal is exactly what it means, Xin Hai has a Home Page with links to various other sites. We want to attract users to use the Home Page (with our own content) as the Portal to the Web, the objective is to build traffic.>>

IMHO, if XNET can execute in this area well...great things could happen. A portal could be turned into web-based media property with multiple revenue streams. AOL started as a subscription based ISP -- built its brand and traffic and now is in a commanding position. They have the biggest global mall (with the most eyeballs) and are making big money off advertising and e-commerce relationships.

I'm holding all of my XNET shares and considering a fourth purchase. IMHO, this stock is still SUBSTANTIALLY undervalued.

Regards,

Scott

2. We are not profitable because of IP telephone, our revenue at this point is mainly derived from ISP activities.

I thought they had indicated they were profitable to the tune of about 450k? No?
