In all my years of dealing with contracts I never saw an important one that didn't have "Time is of the Essence......" and usually accompanied by addresses for notification etc etc.

Let's face it we are all risk takers to some extent, but I think if I were an Aber shareholder I'd be a bit choked about the magnitude of the risk that management took in letting this payment due date slip through their fingers.

The main point that would bother me is that there does not appear to be any reasonable, logical, imaginable, reason for not meeting the cash call on or before the due date. I can't conceive of an honest reason for taking that risk can you,or anybody????????
