True. Even though the money flows out on balance, that doesn't mean price will start down. Without some reason valid or invented you won't get a movement towards the door. After an extended many-year advance there is great resistance to move in that direction. This arbitrary attitude is reinforced by the regular weekly FED coupon passes. They won't be selling with any conviction as long as FED is pumping. On the other one small event and you get the herd en masse moving to the door. There has been no "event" during the entire decade of the '90s. This is the first decade in history where that has been the case. Just goes to prove how wise humans actually are. They don't panic. They trust even if the money is evidently flowing out. They change their minds at the bottom when the money is flowing back in.
