Dear Victor: I dont know if they have contracts that would qualify for Contract accounting. Generally a contract would have to be over a year in duration to qualify. JDN

Y'all are looking at the boxes. There are a range of other "products" included in a Himalaya, many of which have no real mass and can transfer instantly. I don't know the details but I understand that most of the front-loaded revenue is bookable.

Sort of like when you pay money to microsoft. Most people assume that MS sells software but in fact they give away software and sell licenses. This is quite obvious when one looks at their corporate contracts which quite specifically don't charge for the "bits". .

The Tandem systems are highly modular but I don't believe they are shipped that way because of the need to assure the reliability targets.
