Art Cohen was just quoted in ACTV's HyperTV announcement earlier this month. This was another big score for ACTV by David Reese and Bill Samuels. Their HyperTV division is loaded with talent When you add David Ziskind and others to the mixture and all see you is top level talent migrating to ACTV.
