I called a friend of mine who is a broker, and he told me that according to Bloomberg, the float is 1mm shares. And it looks like you are right, the shares outstanding are 10mm.

ASMC had an estimated 1 million shares ... for those who have been posting and doubting the company it has been increasing for the past couple of days...rocky start around 3/24 but a good jump starting from 3/25 and those who caught it I'm sure are happy.

www.talk-stock.com recently had an audio conference featuring TS Wong, hosted by Kenneth Coleman... maybe those in doubt can go listen to it...
