John, I don't really disagree with most of your points. It is not critical analysis of IMOT which bothered me--it was filtering all perceptions of the company through the American flag that did. Certainly, OBJECTIVE criticism is fine with me; I think clear thinking is very important.

Re: <<This company has made great efforts to stay away from being required to report to the SEC or make itself verifiable in any way shape or form. It's just not standard business practices.

Why bother having a public listing on the OTC exchange when the management and founders would do much better as a private company?>>

What are your reasons for saying the former? Going BB may be an easier route, and could be intended as a first step, but does not necessarily in itself constitute "great efforts to stay away from..." reporting. If you have some clear evidence of "great efforts...." to stay away from reporting, I would appreciate your posting it.

I am not sure if I undertand your latter comment. Why would it apply to IMOTand not every other company that has gone public? ....in other words, why wouldn't IMOT have a chance to benefit from going public just as any other company that goes public might, and for all the same familiar reasons?
