over one year ago!
Randy and Katherine have failed to return the shares and have not paid TMM for the funds received as a result of the sale of the shares. During the time that TMM alleges that the stock was sold, the price of TMM shares was in excess of $1.00 per share

Is there a specific company that you're referring to? Just wondering because based on tmmi public info, they have no clients. Services? I haven't heard the time or the place but I'm guessing that the mortuary is located in B.C. (and that ain't Baja California.)
