My game got canceled, so I'm around.

Jon, what is your problem? An announcement on ESVS.com and Zulutech.com indicates that something will be available in April. And here you are in mid-March criticizing every small detail. Can't you wait for the product before delivering your criticisms? Can't you let the operative parties sort out the legal, ownership and administrative details of it all? Ralph LaBarge is a very able and very capable man. If he owns the sites he will do what's proper.

Indeed, you are a maker of mountains from mole hills!

Why not switch subjects onto something more relevant than name-calling and red flags where red flags aren't needed: Don't you agree some capable people are now lining up at the top echelons of the company to guide it into the future? What do you think of Mr. LeFurgy's advisory role?

I took this from the ESVS 8K filed 3-16-98.

Ralph LaBarge will continue as an employee responsible for oversight of the digital video compression, DVD format authoring and custom engineering development services.

I thought I remembered he had worked for them at some point. Didn't ESVS close the DB Digital section? Was/Is LaBarge affiliated with/working for either company? Has he ended up owning the DB Digital section? Does he own lots of ZULU/ESVS shares due to his association? If so what percentage?

It seems the more I see of all this, the more questions appear.
