Yes, i have small short in it, shorted some several weeks ago, and added when it went over 100.....Junes for me on it.

40 wk MA is below 40 I believe.

some of the positive developments in getting margins to 50% are
over 12 months into the future and if there is a threat of increased competition or a slow-down...then RFMD would correct.

Not to much support until the 70's are returned to.

this is from CBS mkt on Feb 4th,

RF Micro Devices (RFMD) Chief Financial Officer Dean Priddy said
he's "comfortable" with NationsBanc Montgomery Securities'
fourth-quarter and fiscal 2000 gross-margin estimates. Montgomery
Securities expects the wireless equipment chip maker to post gross
margins of 37 percent in its fourth quarter vs. 35.1 percent in its third
quarter. For fiscal 2000, the estimate is for profit as a percentage of
sales to grow to 40.2 percent. In addition, Priddy said he's "very
optimistic about future margin expansion," partly because silicon is
growing as a proportion of RF Micro's business. The company,
according to its CFO, expects gross margins to rise to 48 percent to 50
percent and operating income to rise to 18 percent to 20 percent long
term. Speaking at the NationsBanc Montgomery Securities tech
conference Priddy wouldn't name a target date for those goals, but he
said it wouldn't happen in the next 12 months.
