Maybe a convert deal but the convert guys will short all the shares into the market and crush the stock price. And by the time they could work out a convert deal the stock will be back into the single digits. Come on - they have one simple bit of software and lots of competition - A CLASSIC one product company. Don't make a mountain out of a molehill. Heck, I single handedly produce more annual revenue than this silly company!!! Good luck, Steve
