Well, okay, let's talk about Danger Signals. Red Flags, if you will.

I submit the following for openers:

-- Company sources, PR flacks, and "concerned investors" begin complaining about an enormous "illegal" short position in the stock in question. There is, of course, no way any outside observer, unless he or she has very good connections, can verify this. It's almost certainly not true.

These people seldom bother to attempt to find out what might constitute an "illegal" short position, lololol.

-- The CEO issues a clarion call to stop these heinous practices by Calling in Your Certs, and promises great benefits to all as a result of the Inevitable Short Squeeze that'll result!!

Head for the hills, boys and girls. This NEVER works. Not for ordinaly shareholders, at any rate. Insiders will probably do very nicely indeed, selling into even a small squeeze while everyone else's stock's tied up in transfer.
