The chart shows Citrix moving up on lighter volume days so I wouldn't be worried about the light volume. For the volume to pickup we need some more good news or just wait until after the split. As far as the higher price prediction, I'm seeing higher lows (bottoms) get created on this stock and a staircase pattern that could push the stock up all the way into the 140s in a month or two. Some great news could make 140s happen very quickly. Have you noticed the spread between the ask and bid prices throughout the day? Sometimes they are pretty big spreads which actually help push the stock up higher.
