Dear Rudedog: Well, in that case then I presume the Contract Terms dictate. I can tell you in the past (maybe even today) there have been a lot of GAMES played in recording software revenue. Both the SEC and the CPA firms take a hard look at the underlying FACTS now. But in any case, this whole thing started over the 2 weeks left in the qtr and when they would know if they had to warn or not. I was just saying that the true cutoff date is likely well before the end of the qtr. JDN
