This is their highest quarterly loss yet - why would the estimate call for a loss of 23 cents when they have lost only 19 cents thru the first 3 quarters of the year??!! the 4th quarter of last year has a 10 cent loss, but that's not using the proforma shares after the IPO, which is what wall street uses. Otherwise some company's have losses of several dollars in one quarter before the IPO if you don't use proforma - its used strictly to make the results comparable by wall street, but ERTH is an EARTHSCAM and doesnt care about these things.
