These are good reasons and since I sold all my TDFX stake long ago, I cannot fault you on it. A word of caution, if I may. This is a down market. Out of the 10,000 publicly traded companies, only 300 of them along with some speculative internets are leading up. I find this very dangerous as if I buy from those 300 stocks, then I am in a crowded position (technical term). And if I don't, I'll have a poor position. Take a look at the market digest link on yahoo. Whereas the the market was up over a hundered points, new lows exceeded the new highs by 26%. This is should illustrate the nature of the market.
