unless you are looking for a dictionary's definition, idtc may not be <your> right investment. what they want to do (dah!) is built a market and try to hold on to them. when pixr said they plan to come out with a bogs life, the stock was dead @ 13 for a few months. it started to move up to 66 and now cooled after the movie release (about to hit video soon). the same thing happen to apple with imac. if you do not think that the mass distribution of n2p is not a good idea, maybe this stock is not for you and move on to research a different one. What i want to see is someone taking a stake in idtc or n2p. the deal with netscape will bear fruits when netscape5 is released. the rest are already in play.

I know you are just posting stuff from Yahoo that you think will be helpful, keep up the good work. I, however, do wish to respond to Pure Lip:

IDT's STRATEGY

1. Make a lot of money in the traditional telecom business.

A. Route minutes from other long distance resellers on their
extensive domestic and international network - wholeasle.

B. Route minutes from commercial and residential customers on their extensive domestic and international network - retail.

C. Route minutes from prepaid calling cards on their extensive domestic and international network.

D. Sell equipment, (switches) to others telecoms building networks.

2. Make a lot of money in the internet protocol telephony business.

A. Route minutes from Net2Phone on their extensive domestic and international network.

B. Route minutes from prepaid Net2Phone direct calling cards on their extensive domestic and international network.

C. Collect fees for providing voice access over the internet with their proprietary software services: Click2Talk; Click2Call; and Click2Fax.

D. Collect fees for providing internet service with their 75 Points Of Presence (POPs).

E. Collect fees for providing specialty internet content services on their subscriber based service: Genie.

3. Make a lot of money spinning off their internet business and providing explosive shares in a very attractive internet IPO for the company and it's shareholders.

Any questions?

Let me summarize: MAKE A LOT OF MONEY IN THE TRADITIONAL AND IP TELECOMMUINICATIONS BUSINESS!!! Is that focused enough for you?
