Dear Capt Jack: the past is the past, we are stuck with it and as we all know who have been here, they really didnt have a lot of alternatives in those days. As to the present and the future, there are no more cheap stock options except that employee options are granted at current market price. If price low you may think of them as cheap but thats the market. I would think that if they need any additional financing in the future they are now beyond having to grant warrants and the like to get it. JDN
