If Barnes is selling 20% to raise $200m, that equates to a $1 billion value for the site. Cheap by todays Internet standards. Using round numbers, that would put the value of BKS at $3 billion + or a 33% increase when the stock was trading at $30. All things being equal, that would move the stock $9 to $39, more or less.

That's the conservative number. In todays world, we should see a significant premium in the stock price for seasoned managers, global reach and lots of capital.
