<Re: "Thanks for the great news. I just placed an order for the speedy Intel system, which will be shipped "on the test track," and the refrigeration unit which they were hiding under the demo desk. I mean the demo track." Do you have any evidence to support your claim that the Intel chip was refrigerated and the K7 was not? Re: "As the K7 is 50-100% faster than the Xeon" It gets real old but here I go again. Do you have any data to back up this claim about K7 performance? No foils please.... I didn't think so. EP No, I don't have any support for my claims, except from the JC and other hardware links. I think most of us here are familiar with them. Yes, I did receive the Intel system on the test track with a refrigerator under it tomorrow. I look forward to testing it yesterday, but I will have to get a crash helmet earlier this morning. I do have to take my tongue out of my cheek first though. Don't worry, the real claims will come out soon enough. By the way, since you are long AMD, you should be celebrating the K7 with your victory run around the testing track, but dress warmly and be careful with spilled refrigerant! Regards, Richard
