George, your comments about the large oil cartels have merit, and should be considered in the equation. There seems to be a movement by some (Royal Dutch/Shell as an example) fossil fuel producers that there may be a change to alternate fuels in the future. It is not likely that they will be left out in the cold, as there are more valuable uses for petroleum products for plastics, building materials, etc. there have been estimates ot may take thirty years or more to make a complete conversion from ICE to FV. This would give them plenty time for conversion to other uses for their products. It would not take much production for Ballard stock to soar, because of the variety uses that these systems can be used to supply a huge market potential, and at the same time not put a dent into current established competitive corporation profits.

BP (brit petrol) makes solar panels. They are
first rate. Why one of the big oil guys does not
buy Ballard is beyond me. Its kind of like the
worlds largest candle maker watching the birth
of the light bulb. Then again a billion or so
people in china use candles everyday.
