Freecall Online is based on VocalTec's Surf&Call Center solution. For more information about Deutsche Telekom's service, please see the company's announcement today Pricing The Surf&Call plug-in is available free from the Web for download. The list price for a Surf&Call enabled VocalTec Gatekeeper(tm) port is $150 per concurrent call. The list price for the Surf&Call Center Server starts at $50,000 for a five-agent solution.
