Duane, LTX has more competition than you realize.

The Fusion platform is much to early for the so called system on a chip market(SOC). In the meantime LTX sales and marketing is trying to sell Fusion to test todays complex devices competing against many vendors, i.e. TER J973 and Catalyst, HP 84000 and 94000, CMOS Valstar and Duo, and SLB ITS9000.
These companies are also coming out with their own SOC testers and because the SOC market is moving so slowly LTX's early product release doesn't give them much of an advantage.

It's also interesting to note that the chips used in Fusion's digital pins which are bought from Vitesse are tested on TER and SLB systems.

I agree that the stock could go up from here based on the fact that the semiconductor industry is ramping up, a rising tide will lift all boats. LTX is a niche player, nothing more. There could be some nice earnings this year but don't get fooled, this is not a long term investment.
