FORM 10 is also a process that takes months 3 to 4 months.
Once filed, the company goes through a "comment period" with the Sec. The SEC returns a letter with Questions on it reporting deliquencies on the form 10. The company then responds to correct the matter. This process takes in general 3 months. The company is lucky its name begins with "T" as the delisting process is in alphabetical order and it also beings in JULY.

But for the sake of scam city, lets get disclosure to the STREET and clean up the possibility of dirt.

Hurry up please.

Well, I am very happy to see TMRT having a good day today.

TMRT is not an SI stock, it is being accumulated by those in the real world.

The stock sat at $13 for weeks, but is moving higher as the 2nd quarter is approaching.
