I see a similarity between CompUSA and Citiscape Financial, which is now trading at 7/10 of a cent (I'm not sure why it's not officially zero yet).

Both companies had management that said they were doing great ... as their stocks plunged. Both stocks had their debt downgraded by S&P.

If the similarity continues, the next steps will be: a dozen shareholder lawsuits; management departures; selling of a major part of their business (which will turn out they are selling it for pennies on the dollar, and thus actually losing money on the sale); delisting; bankruptcy; no action by the SEC.

This is getting more ridiculous now. At 106, Best Buy(BBY) gets upgraded to buy today. CPU at 6, everybody said sell or hold. Also Circuit City is up 6 to 70+ today. I just can't believe that. After 6 months, let us see who is right.
