Mid term outlook:
IMO the mid term outlook is quite positve now. Regardless that 13 more similar cases will go to court in the next months there will be no verdict in the near future.
The next important case is the Miami trial. Here we have the chance that it will be thrown out within the next days or weeks. Even if not, the verdict will not come out soon.
Next, on 14. April the federal investigation has to come to end or to proceed because of the 5 year expiration time. From previous articles we could see that there is no serious investigation anymore and it is likely that the investigation comes to an end.
However, if the investigation is ended, then one basic legal fundament of the federal lawsuit is broken away and it is questionable on what basis the federal lawsuit will be built.
All in all there are a couple of good news waiting for us in the next weeks.
