Lee , though you might get a chuckle out of this after our ranting at the SEC last night. From Briefing.com: 09:07 ET Egghead.Com (EGGS) 16 15/16: U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray initiates coverage of issue with a "strong buy" rating and 12-month target of $28. Briefing.com found it unusual that over the past few days several top firms have initiated coverage of a company that previously no leading investment banks would touch. But a closer look reveals that each of the firms starting coverage also happened to participate in a 5 mln share secondary offering the company priced last week. Egghead closed just shy of 22. Briefing.com seems to have decent overall commentary. Worth a look.
