BTW the SEC goes after people who break the law and snub the rules and dont make any more libelous , false , and potentially damaging statements you know to be false...thats ho wpeopole get sued around here... And your walking around Free ?? Sly_

I don't think the SEC is the forum for libel claims----I doubt the SEC has the resources to keep people from expressing opinions on any subjects, so long as they're not trading on inside information.<g> NASD requires arbitrations versus court actions. Since I've seen you mention libel and suing people a few times, I find myself curious as to exactly what you have in mind and where you intend to pursue these claims. Just simple questions. I'm cerainly not expressing an opinion on the merits, or lack thereof, of your intended litigation. I'd just like to understand what it is you have in mind to do.
