LAS VEGAS (March 19) BUSINESS WIRE -March 19, 1999--GGNC on the O.T.C.
Bulletin Board (located and licensed in the Commonwealth of Dominica),
today announced that it has acquired 100% of an operating and
established Internet Lottery Website from Casino World Holdings, Ltd.
of Del Mar, California.

GGNC's Internet lottery Website includes the same type of established
and operating internet lottery software and games currently in use by a
well-known site operated by an U.S. Native Indian Tribe. This tribal
owned and operated land based Casino, which has been operating and
using the same internet lottery software for over two years with a
proven success and track record. GGNC's Internet Lottery Software
currently can offer Daily, Weekly and Monthly Lotteries, Instant
Scratch Lottery, U.S. $1 Million Jackpot Monthly Lottery, etc.

GGNC is currently in the process of re-designing and changing the
