Roger do you think cars or houses are reasonably priced? Both are selling like crazy, despite steady price increases. Where I live house prices are up more than 12% per year for the last eight years.

If you do not think the prices of houses or cars will crash, why would you think that stock prices will? All three are in high demand, and people, for whatever wild reasons, are paying up.
