Dave - Did you listen to the conference call? They still had losses in Q4 for the training OPS. Hopefully the losses for that are done by now. The financials didn't look to good. Revenues up, but so where costs. About 2mill of the loss was a one time hit. The call said they will start to see revenues from merchants by end of Q2. They have 12 mil in cash. If they don't get the desired merchant revenue they will be out of cash by Q4. I guess I wanted a E-commerce Inet spec play. So here it is "get that business or go under" regards, Larry
