geeze loueezze,
lets just have an
ass action suit,
for being a bad negotiator,
can we have an
ass action suit,
because the dynamic market changes,
from minute to minute,
can we just have an
ass action suit,
because the ceo won't give away
inside information,
so we can trade on it,
can we just have an
ass action suit,
because the ceo is posturing,
to get us a better deal,
can we just have an
ass action suit,
because we are morons....

Spector Roseman is an ambulance chasing firm that loves to suck the blood of disgruntled shareholders. Wait until you see how many times they pop out of the woodwook when the internet stocks correct en masse. Not a day goes by that I don't see these guys filing a suit of some type against a company who's shares fall because the market didn't like what management did.

I believe that if management does something illegal they should suffer the consequences, however, just because SOES bandits run the crap out of a stock with the anticipation that it will get taken over at a higher price and then "The Market" sets the price of the deal and the stock retreats, management should now defend a lawsuit. Give me a break. So it wasn't a great deal but it probably was the best deal at the time.

I am a CMGI shareholder and believe that DW is a great manager and will take that company to new heights. OTOH if there was a better deal out there when LCOS was negotiating with Diller why wasn't it made?

We weren't in the boardroom when they voted and it would be interesting to see who actually supported the deal but I believe that if a superior deal was out there at the time they would have chased it.

We must now wait for the USA deal to happen or blow out and hope that MS can bring buyers to the table. It should be an interesting movie to watch but a bunch of blood sucking lawyers should NOT be allowed to prosper from what on the surface appears to be an arms length transaction that was pooly received by internet daytraders!
