Gold looks a bit oversold short-term and ready for a modest bounce. But the fudamental bear trend will continue until one of two things happens:

The financial establishment has a change of heart.

or

The greatest bull market ever turns into a major and sustained bear market.

The odds of scenario number one seem pretty close to zero despite GATA. The second scenario is certain to develop before too long; but who knows how low gold will go before the bubble bursts?
