Good evening, Master

I believe some are aware of MZ, but you're saying the LU recoup is better than the 1m figure. And what of the recent developments in the LU area? Seems some of the pieces aren't in place - to coin a local colloquialism.

And Dr., how does this layoff get WSTL to profit? I see it needing a GPM, sales figure way out of bounds ( like 40M per qtr). Show me I don't know how to add or that co. has such incremental biz w/i the next few qtrs.

P.S., do you think he actually listens?

Dr. Tech:
You seem to be an insider at WSTL, knowing when and where MZ travels, vacations, takes a crap, etc. I wonder if you could be so kind as to inform the management, if you can find any there, that the stock is bleeding to death, the competition is eating our lunch, and if there are PRs to release, then please tell them to sh-t or get off the pot. Also a little insider buying at this stock price, wouldn't hurt our esteemed officers too much. Think of the impact on Wall street, if our management bought even 100 shares. If they can't afford 100 shares, I'll loan them the money.

>>If your company has a long term contract
from a large NE telco for both TAP and ADSL get the news out yesterday and if
they get upset ask them if they would rather you do business with ever other
company that wants to invade their ILEC..<<

The operative word is the first "if" in the above sentence. Don't count on it.

Hal

Dr. Tech: Just a few questions.
You are obviously an insider. Could you comment on why the Penny/Simon clan keeps MZ as the CEO? Do they have a death wish? Will there be any advantage to them if the company goes under?
Also, where are the several announcements that you mentioned? Could it be that you are a pump and dumper? Let's hear an answer if you are not a fraud.

THANK YOU DR.TECH

I just want to extend my thanks for the information you provided to us shareholders when we were being forced to sit in the dark. I was sorry that some were ungrateful for what was the only meaningful news we had on WSTL. There is still a lot more that I would like to know -- especially about TI -- but it was your informative posts which allowed me, and I'm sure many others, to maintain a perspective that allowed at least me to buy instead of sell in an atmosphere of constant negativism from the likes of YSL, Busdriver, and others who should have known better. I always look forward to your commentary and hope to hear from you soon now that a cloud seems to be lifting.

All the best,
Michael
