Sarge, I am disappointed with FGI's performance today. Even oil has broken $15, but not FGI. VTS has moved up from 9 to 15+ today. How long do you think the shorts will be able to hold this down?

SargeK, Touche! Brokerage firms for liability reasons IMO often do not recommend stock until trends have been firmly established as a general rule.... BUT look at Merrill Lynch. ML early in 1999 recommended no less than 16 OS stocks as short-term buys and long term strong buys. The ML list precedes Big Dog's interview on the offshore sector at audioinvestor.com if you'd like to hear the list. So Merrill Lynch in my mind has a lot of credibility in this sector....
