I suggest you get a copy of SEC regulations on market risk and investor warnings. CEO's are not legally binding by law to give investors assurances, I think it may even be illegal to do so.

Every day I watch Rukheiser (sp) and he always gets comments from companies that have had major movement up or down. A good company will always comment one way or another. We're not talking warnings here.

He just announced share buyback after market close I guess he forgot you were on this threat else he probably would have chatted before making public announcement.

I guess he forgot a lot more than us investors. Your Freudian slip
is very telling, threat or thread I think he may be seeing the shareholders massing at the gate. I can hear their chanting "Throw his body over the wall" His days are numbered.
