Dow Jones Newswires -- March 18, 1999 Winfield Capital Director Has 11.95% Stake WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Winfield Capital Corp. (WCAP) director David Greenberg reported an 11.95% investment stake in the company. In a filing Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Greenberg said he bought 145,000 common shares on March 15 at $22.35 a share, and currently holds 641,933 shares of the White Plains, New York investment company, for investment purposes.
