JJ, Regardless of how many calls, Spencer is going no where. And last year we were cut off from calling the TA. We were told to call the company for the O/S count. Guess what, I was told that this honest person did not know the exact number. Does sound like a company that was Not Trying To HIDE the fact that they we diluting the heck out of the company. Sure they were trying to grow but at what cost to the shareholder? Well I think that is obvious now! Don't take this personally. But I'm setting with a huge loss thanks to these honest people. CD
