OT: I looked at HS. Looked good until I got to inside trading activity. VERY scary!! These guys are (still) dumping en-masse. about 50 sales and no buys. I would anticipate a number of downgrades in the next two weeks.

Isn't it true that HS cooked its books? If this is true, it's a major no-no. That's an instant loss of credibility to the street. Sideway under $5 will be a very lenient reward for HS.
